Determines whether a policy period's information page (endorsement code `P401`) has been printed.

## Steps

1. Scalar text request with inline SQL ([SQL-006](../sql/SQL-006-is-information-page-printed.md)) selecting `policy_num` from [ENDORSEMENT](../database-tables.md#endorsement) where `endorse_code = 'P401'` and `printed_date IS NOT NULL` for the policy/period.
2. Bind `PolicyNumber`, `PolicyPeriodEffectiveDate`.
3. Return `inPolicyNumber = CDec(Result)` ([BR-POL-006](../business-rules.md#br-pol-006-information-page-printed-status)).

## Failure and edge-case behavior
